Allaire Health Services has acquired the Jefferson Health Care Center in Washington Township, New Jersey, in the US.

The acquisition became effective on July 7, 2023.

The centre will now be called The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township.

At this facility, patients and residents will receive the same quality healthcare services that have been provided earlier at the Jefferson Health Care Center.

Allaire and Jefferson Health will work together to identify additional service opportunities.

The acquisition of the Jefferson Health Care Center by Allaire is expected to further strengthen the latter’s position as a provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in the market.

Allaire now owns as well as operates 13 facilities across Vermont, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
