US-based occupational health services provider Concentra has launched a new medical centre in Union City, Georgia.
Concentra Union City is set to offer a range of employer-related health services, including physical therapy, work injury care, drug testing, pre-placement exams, and other health services tailored to employer needs.
The company's proprietary telemedicine platform, Concentra Telemed, will also be available for minor workplace injuries.
Concentra's medical operations senior vice-president Janet Cobb said: “Concentra Union City marks our continued expansion in the Atlanta area.
“We look forward to serving Atlanta employers at our new medical centre.”
Concentra operates in more than 620 locations across the country, with its service offerings also including urgent care and consumer health services, as well as direct-to-employer care.
On average, the company serves approximately 50,000 patients each day across 45 states through its 627 occupational health centres, 160 on-site health clinics at employer locations, and the Concentra Telemed platform.
In April 2025, Concentra Group Holdings Parent confirmed a deal to acquire Pivot Onsite Innovations from Athletico Physical Therapy for $55m.
As part of the deal, key members of Pivot Onsite Innovations’ executive team will move to Concentra Onsite Health.
Earlier this year, Concentra launched a new medical centre in Katy, Texas, offering a suite of employer-related health services.
