Core Solutions has launched an AI-powered electronic health record (EHR) platform, Cx360 Intelligence, to support clinical workflows in behavioural health.
The platform serves either as an enhancement to current EHR systems or as an integrated AI EHR solution, minimising the documentation burden on clinicians.
It provides summaries generated by AI that highlight crucial details, such as symptoms, risk factors, history, and progress, without the need to sift through extensive charts.
The platform's conversational AI feature allows providers to ask questions and receive relevant insights.
Additionally, Cx360 Intelligence facilitates the creation of treatment plans, which evolve with patient data and offer progress tracking in real-time.
Its analytics and reporting tools enable data-informed decisions, leading to documentation efficiency and patient care.
The solution provides two deployment options to meet the varying requirements of behavioural health and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) organisations.
It can be incorporated into a current Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR)-enabled EHR through the use of Cx360 Clinical Assist, which introduces AI-powered documentation and decision-making aids into the existing workflows of clinicians.
Providers may consider implementing Cx360 Essential, an EHR system enhanced by AI. This platform offers clinical insights and strong revenue cycle management capabilities, designed to optimise the healthcare process from patient admission to treatment results.
The platform also includes a mobile solution, Cx360 GO, for ambient documentation and electronic visit verification, supporting 17 languages to cater to international users.
