Physician-owned hospital system Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center has announced the relocation of its physical therapy services in Wadsworth, Ohio, US, to a new facility designed to better serve patients in the area.
The new purpose-built facility offers convenient access to patients just minutes from major routes.
This move to the larger space at Hinkle Drive allows Crystal Clinic to accommodate more patients and provide a wider range of services, including return-to-sport activities. The new site also offers additional room for equipment.
Crystal Clinic Outpatient Rehabilitation Services director Danielle Johnson said: "This investment in a dedicated physical therapy centre in Wadsworth reaffirms our commitment to the community, as well as patients throughout Medina and Wayne counties and beyond.
"Being easily accessible to patients close to home is important in ensuring they follow the treatment plans set forth by their therapists, so they can regain mobility, improve functioning, minimise pain – and get back to enjoying the activities they love most."
The new physical therapy centre offers enhanced amenities, such as street-level entrance parking, to further convenience for patients.
Crystal Clinic is now accepting new patients for physical therapy, regardless of a physician referral, and has made provisions for evening appointments.
Based in Northeast Ohio, it operates 17 healthcare locations, encompassing Crystal Clinic QuickCare for immediate care of orthopaedic and sports injuries.
