AdventHealth has announced the appointment of Eric Lunde as CEO and president for AdventHealth Fish Memorial located in Florida, US, effective 9 February 2025.

He will report to Lorenzo Brown, the recently appointed regional president and CEO overseeing AdventHealth's facilities in North Lake, West Volusia, and South Sumter counties.

Brown said: "Eric is a mission-minded leader who understands the critical importance of a shared vision and a strong culture to achieve it.

"He is committed to building upon an already strong foundation in Orange City by partnering with leaders, providers, team members, and the community at large to deliver the utmost in whole-person care."

Lunde's career in healthcare management spans over a decade, with various roles at AdventHealth Manchester in Kentucky. He served as physician services vice-president and chief operating officer.

Prior to his new role, he held the roles of president and CEO at AdventHealth DeLand and served as AdventHealth Daytona Beach’s chief operating officer.

He also held a position at Kettering Health in Ohio for five years, including as Kettering Health Troy and Kettering Health Piqua president.

Lunde holds a Master of Business Administration from Walden University and a Master of Education from Lesley University, along with a Bachelor of Science in commercial art from Union Adventist University.

He holds positions as a board member for the DeLand and Greater West Volusia Chamber of Commerce, the AdventHealth DeLand Foundation, and the Stetson University School of Music Advisory Board.

He is also serving as a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
