Hartford HealthCare has collaborated with data solutions specialist WellStack to enhance its digital health strategy using the latter’s data platform.

This partnership aims to streamline data integration, improve analytics, and support quality, patient-focused care.

Hartford HealthCare will leverage WellStack's data platform to improve clinical, operational, and financial efficiencies and accelerate the Google Cloud Platform to help the health system manage patient care, minimise costs, and streamline operations.

WellStack's Decision Hubs for Quality, Analytics Studio, Population Health, and Financial-Revenue Cycle Management analytics will be essential in this transformation.

Hartford HealthCare will gain actionable insights that drive better patient outcomes and optimised care delivery across more than 500 locations.
