Hartford HealthCare has partnered with Wellstack, a company engaged in healthcare data integration and advanced analytics, to enhance its data-driven decision-making capabilities and patient-centred care.
This partnership aims to use Wellstack's advanced data platform to help deliver quality, patient-centred care across Hartford HealthCare's network.
Hartford HealthCare operates in more than 500 locations and serves patients in seven hospitals, a multi-speciality physician group, and various health centres.
The company will leverage Wellstack's data integration solutions to drive its Google Cloud Platform and digital health strategy, ultimately enhancing data access and insights that accelerate financial, clinical, and operational capabilities.
