Hillcrest HealthCare System in the US and Nomi Health have collaborated to improve healthcare access for Tulsa area residents by introducing innovative employer benefits.

The collaboration combines the direct-contracting model of Nomi Health with Hillcrest’s regional network, which caters to around 1.6 million patients yearly.

This model is aimed at addressing affordability challenges in the Oklahoma market.

Employers will be able to reduce their healthcare expenses and employees obtain access to medical care across Hillcrest’s network of over 80 care sites, eight hospitals, and more than 6,400 staff without out-of-pocket costs.

The partnership is positioned as a response to rising costs of employer-sponsored coverage, which reached $25,572 yearly for families in 2024, marking a 7% year-on-year increase.

By aligning service provision with direct contracting, Nomi Health and Hillcrest aim to build a framework focused on communities and individuals.
