Kyruus Health and aha! partner to combine technologies and improve patient experience

The partners aim to allow marketing teams to deploy and swiftly update digital health tools.

US-based care access platform Kyruus Health has partnered with Abundant Health Acquisition (aha!), a company that provides health experience solutions.

The companies will combine their respective technologies with the aim to improve patient access and engagement, as well as enhance the digital experience within health systems.

They aim to deliver intuitive digital experiences by establishing a robust data foundation within health systems' digital experience platforms (DXPs).

The collaboration will integrate Kyruus Health’s care access platform and aha!'s health experience platform (HXP) directly into these DXPs.

Kyruus Health Marketing senior vice-president Lesley Weisenbacher said: “With digital experience playing an increasingly strategic role in healthcare, organisations need solutions that not only drive engagement but also optimise patient acquisition flow by directing people to the right action—whether that’s self-scheduling an appointment or providing an answer to their question.

“By combining Kyruus Connect, Kyruus Health’s care access platform with aha!’s innovative Health Experience Platform, we’re empowering health systems to create more intuitive, flexible digital experiences built on a solid data foundation that aligns with patient needs and organisational goals.”

Kyruus Health's platform brings together data from multiple electronic health records, credentialing systems and content management platforms.

This creates a single, organised source designed to power interconnected experiences across digital channels.

The integration with aha!'s low-code/no-code HXP is expected to allow marketing teams to deploy and swiftly update digital health tools, reducing operational costs and enabling quick adaptation to meet patients' needs.
