Relias has acquired Feedtrail HealthcareXM, which is engaged in patient and employee experience management, to improve workforce solutions with patient feedback capabilities.

This strategic move is set to enhance Relias' offerings in the healthcare sector by integrating Feedtrail's patient experience software.

Feedtrail's software enables real-time, personalised data collection, which is pivotal for fostering patient satisfaction.

It also identifies areas for operational enhancement and boosts healthcare quality.

Relias CEO Kay Krafft said: “This strategic acquisition complements our healthcare workforce offerings with a set of comprehensive patient experience solutions.”

The integration will enable implementation of targeted training and assessments as part of a corrective action plan, potentially reducing costs and maximising results.

It offers integrations with all major electronic health records (EHRs) and adheres strictly to data privacy requirements.

Both companies aim to develop solutions that address the changing needs of healthcare organisations.
