The network unites Connecticut Children’s paediatric hospital, its subspecialists, and a broad base of community physicians.

It currently operates several care agreements with commercial payers and the state government, positioning data integration and advanced analytics as central to its mission.

The phased deployment of Innovaccer’s solutions begins with establishing a unified data foundation. The data activation platform will integrate claims data from major payers, providing a holistic view of patient information for providers.

The network will also use the InGraph analytics tool to track cost, quality, and attribution metrics across its key payer arrangements.

In addition, P360 will deliver performance insights to physicians, helping them to manage variations and trends in clinical practices.

Innovaccer CEO and cofounder Abhinav Shashank said: “Too often, paediatric networks are left stitching together insights from disconnected systems not built for their needs. With Connecticut Children’s Care Network, we’re changing that.

“We’re building a unified intelligence layer that brings together data from across the ecosystem, so providers can focus less on chasing reports and more on delivering the right care, at the right time, for every child. That’s how we’ll reshape paediatric value-based care.”

Subsequent phases will expand clinical and claims data integrations, improving P360 and InGraph with dashboards to track risks and display provider scorecards and network performance data. The final stage introduces supplemental data reporting, designed to minimise quality gaps.
