The integration is currently underway, and complete availability is anticipated shortly. It will enable KanTime’s clients to retrieve and share essential ACP documents within their existing workflow.
These documents include POLST forms, advance directives, Five Wishes, and mental health advance directives (MHADs).
This solution helps healthcare professionals to honour patient wishes across care settings by ensuring that the relevant documents are easily accessible, a crucial factor in emergency and transitional care scenarios.
Integration activation is designed to be simple, with the majority of the preparatory work already completed.
