The deal extends Innovaccer’s Healthcare Intelligence Cloud into agentic care augmentation and represents its latest acquisition, following Humi AI, Cured, and Pharmacy Quality Solutions.

Story Health helps to move speciality care from episodic visits to continuous digital management. The platform integrates AI-guided clinical pathways, medication workflows, and human-led coaching.

Story Health will also introduce programmes for diabetes and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
