By GlobalData“From eye care and neurology to cancer treatment and infusion therapy, North Oaks Clinic Building 3 is designed to make your healthcare journey easier, more connected and more compassionate.”
The building was designed by Washer Hill Lipscomb Cabaniss Architecture and The Lemoine Company constructed it.
Including the addition of the new facility, North Oaks has invested around $80m in facility upgrades and expansions over the past three years, with plans to double this investment in the coming years.
It has also expanded its workforce by adding over 900 new jobs and recruiting more than 60 specialised providers in cardiothoracic surgery, oncology, and neurosurgery fields.
The new facility is part of its strategy to modernise healthcare infrastructure, said North Oaks.
North Oaks cardiologist Dr James Parker said: “The addition of a new clinic building has created much-needed space for the expansion of services here in Tangipahoa Parish.
“One example is the ability of North Oaks Cardiology to expand with the addition of electrophysiology, a dedicated heart failure programme and so much more to come.”
