Bupa has agreed to acquire King Edward VII’s hospital, an independent private hospital situated in the Harley Street district of central London, UK.
The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

King Edward VII’s hospital features three operating theatres, 56 beds, a diagnostic medical clinic and a specialised outpatient facility inaugurated in 2022.
The hospital provides a range of services, including inpatient services, day case procedures, diagnostics and outpatient care.
It has expertise in digestive health, urology, women’s health, musculoskeletal health, ophthalmology and dermatology services.
The inclusion of King Edward VII’s hospital into the Bupa portfolio comes after the acquisition of New Victoria hospital in August 2025.

Bupa stated that the three hospitals will provide access to complete specialist care, allowing for both treatment and diagnosis to occur within its facilities.
