Nutex Health has opened Oklahoma ER & Hospital, which is claimed to be the first micro-hospital of its kind in this US state.
The firm plans to open several hospitals of the same concept in the second quarter in the US.

This hospital has a complete service emergency room (ER) with four inpatient beds, on-site laboratory, on-site pharmacy, and in-house imaging services.
Furthermore, the ER department is equipped to handle emergencies for patients of all ages.

Set up in 2011, Nutex Health operates in the micro-hospital and Freestanding Emergency Room (FSER), and Hospital Outpatient Department (HOPD) categories.
In October 2018, the Colony ER Hospital in Nutex network transformed from a freestanding emergency center into a medical specialty hospital.
With this transformation, the over 14,000ft2 facility has begun offering in-patient care, out-patient imaging, laboratory services, access to leading specialists besides emergency room services.
It is equipped with diagnostic imaging technology, including CT scans, bedside emergency ultrasound, digital radiology and a full clinical laboratory.
