Prime Healthcare to acquire St Joseph Mercy Port Huron hospital in US

US-based hospital system Prime Healthcare Services has signed an agreement with Saint Joseph Mercy Health System (SJMHS) and Trinity Health to acquire St Joseph Mercy Port Huron hospital.
