Top five healthcare companies in Belgium IT recruitment activity in July 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 40% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Belgium healthcare industry during July 2021 over June 2021.
KBC Group posted 274 IT jobs in July 2021 and registered a rise of 39.09% over the previous month, followed by Cognizant Technology Solutions with 17 jobs and a flat growth. Accenture with 9 IT jobs and Materialise with 9 jobs, recorded a 35.71% drop and a 50% increase, respectively, while Barco recorded a 25% decline with 6 job postings during July 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 79.64%, up by 32.34% from June 2021. Entry Level positions with a 15.57% share, a growth of 85.71% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 4.49% share, up 25% over June 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.3%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
