The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 2.72% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.
IT jobs claimed a 0.71% share in the company’s total hiring activity in October 2021, and recorded a 0.07% growth over the last three-month average share.
Database and Network Administrators and Architects tops HCA Healthcare IT hiring in October 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by HCA Healthcare, Database and Network Administrators and Architects emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 35.5% in October 2021, and a 257.69% rise over September 2021, while Computer Support Specialists claimed a share of 34.73% in October 2021, and registered a decline of 33.09%. Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers held a share of 19.08% in October 2021, a 19.35% drop from September 2021.
North America drives IT hiring at HCA Healthcare
North America emerged as the leading region in the global healthcare IT hiring activity in October 2021 with a 91.98% share, which marked a 3.6% drop over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 5.73%, registering a 150% month-on-month growth. Europe was the third leading region with a 2.29% share and a 62.5% drop over September 2021.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s healthcare industry IT hiring activity with a 91.98% share in October 2021, a 3.6% decline over September 2021. Indonesia featured next with a 5.34% share, up 1300% over the previous month. The UK recorded a 2.29% share, a decline of 62.5% compared with September 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead HCA Healthcare IT hiring activity in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.78%, up by 31.62% from September 2021. Entry Level positions with a 26.72% share, a decline of 38.6% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 12.6% share, down 19.51% over September 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 1.91%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
