The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 20.56% in June 2022 when compared with May 2022.
Out of the healthcare industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 30.35% share in June 2022, recording an increase of 8.24% over the last three-month average share.

By GlobalData1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 79.31% in June 2022, registering a 21.05% growth over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a 10.34% share, an increase of 50% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 10.34%, registering a 50% rise from May 2022.
Top five healthcare companies in India’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 31.82% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of India’s healthcare industry during June 2022 over May 2022.
CompuGroup Medical SEKGaA posted 15 IT jobs in June 2022 and registered a rise of 7.14% over the previous month, followed by CitiusTech with 11 jobs and an 83.33% growth. Agilon Health with 1 IT job and RamSoft with 1 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 50% decrease, respectively, while Vitera Healthcare Solutions recorded a flat growth with 1 job postings during June 2022.
Mid Level job postings dominate in June 2022
Mid Level jobs held a share of 55.17%, up by 100% from May 2022. Junior Level positions with a 41.38% share, registered a decline of 7.69% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 3.45% share, down 75% over May 2022.
