US-based remote healthcare technology platform collaboratehealth has teamed up with sleep centre management services provider MedBridge Healthcare to strengthen its Hospital to Home programme.

Through this collaboration, collaboratehealth will leverage MedBridge’s comprehensive sleep diagnostic services into its remote care platform to provide sleep apnoea screening, diagnosis, and therapy monitoring.
