AI-driven HIPAA-compliant automation platform for healthcare Keragon has announced its launch with a $3m investment.
The funding was spearheaded by Focal and Afore, with additional support from 25 Madison Health – Lifepoint Health.
This development marks the introduction of what is claimed to be the first no-code workflow automation platform tailored specifically for healthcare in the US.
The platform is already in use by a diverse range of healthcare providers, from individual practices and clinics to fast-growing digital health startups and hospitals and companies across all 50 US states.
Furthermore, the system allows for seamless integration with a variety of widely used healthcare software, including electronic health records (EHRs), healthcare customer relationship management systems (CRMs), AI medical scribes, and tools for appointment scheduling and billing.
Keragon’s built-in personalised AI assistants are designed to streamline automation, reducing the effort and complexity involved.
