This solution is designed to enable precise and safe AR-based navigation system when compared to standard endoscopic procedures.
Also, the trial will see real-time integration of electronic medical record system (EMRS) with AR. This is intended to provide healthcare professionals with access to medical information via AR wearable devices.
Vection Technologies managing director Gianmarco Biagi said: “This initial trial represents the culmination of a lengthy regulatory process with key public stakeholders enabling Vection Technologies to affirm itself at the forefront of the digital healthcare transformation, introducing augmented reality as a new standard in healthcare risk management.”
The company expects this agreement to form basis for long-term growth.
