Nutex Health in the US has integrated VinBrain’s DrAid Chest XR, an advanced artificial intelligence (AI) assistant in diagnostic imaging, into its radiology workflow, as part of a software subscription licence agreement.
The positive impact of the AI doctor’s assistant DrAid Chest XR was assessed during its trial for 90 days in Nutex’s Emergency Radiology department.

Radiologists will be able to identify and prioritise time-sensitive findings in chest X-rays with the integration of DrAid Chest XR into Nutex Health facilities.
The AI assistant also aids in reducing the chances of errors or delays in reporting.
The AI algorithms embedded in DrAid CXR help in finding triage abnormalities in chest X-rays with a 91% accuracy rate.
In addition, the platform helps in identifying abnormal liver lesions accurately thereby detecting cancerous growths and can even precisely measure lesion volume and diameter of tumours as small as 5mm.
