UK’s healthcare provider Phoenix Hospital Group (PHG) has acquired 25 Harley Street, a treatment and diagnostic centre.
The acquisition is an addition to PHG’s portfolio of medical centres including Weymouth Street Hospital and 9 Harley Street.
Phoenix Hospital Group CEO Andrew Barker said: “ Our successful model of individual care focused on the needs of private patients is becoming increasingly relevant in today’s market.
“By acquiring 25 Harley Street as part of our wider expansion plans, we aim to meet this clinical and patient need. Additionally, we were particularly keen to expand our existing women’s health services and the range and availability of our General Practice and diagnostic care provided at 25 Harley Street.
“We believe these developments will complement the imaging and diagnostics at 9 Harley Street and the surgical care provided at the Weymouth Street Hospital.”
25 Harley Street’s services include latest x-ray technology combined with Tomosynthesis, advanced Dexa scanning, an in-house pathology laboratory, phlebotomy, gynaecological and minor procedures and treatment facilities.
