US-based health technology provider Soaak Technologies in the US has acquired RenuYou Clinics, a clinic specialising in personalised therapies for mental and physical well-being.

The financial terms of the transaction were not made public.

RenuYou Clinics offers therapies such as brain mapping, neurofeedback, metabolic therapy, talk therapy, and more, to combat challenges including anxiety, depression, pain and insomnia.

Soaak Technologies provides health technology solutions, with an aim to transform personal health and wellness.

The firm aims to advance its goal of supporting a holistic approach to global mental and physical well-being, through the integration of RenuYou Clinics’ offerings.

RenuYou Clinics’ purchase is also claimed to help Soaak Technologies become a ‘leader’ in the mental and physical well-being space.

Recently, Soaak named Kevin V Cox as its new CEO, replacing Henry Penix who will take on the role of executive chairman.

Cox earlier worked as the CEO of ParagonX Holdings. In the new capacity, he has been tasked with driving the company towards the next stage of expansion.

Commenting on the latest purchase, Cox noted: “We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of RenuYou Clinics.”

“This strategic move aligns with our commitment to offering transformative solutions for mental and physical wellbeing.

“The expertise and extensive range of therapies provided by RenuYou Clinics perfectly complement our mission to empower individuals and enhance their quality of life.”
