The Southwest General Health Center in Ohio, US, is set to launch Notable’s platform to create an easier patient access point for care.
The acute care facility plans to use the platform to automate manual processes, including registration, intake, and care gap outreach.
Southwest General chief information officer Jae Zayed said: “At Southwest General, we’re committed to redefining the patient experience through innovation and compassion.
“As a community-based hospital, our partnership with Notable allows us to make care more accessible and personalised, starting well before a patient steps through our doors. By streamlining appointment preparation and simplifying engagement, we’re excited to bring a more seamless, connected experience to the communities we serve.”
The current manual registration and intake processes at the health facility are known to overburden staff, leading to backlogs and delays in patient care.
In addition, the care gap closure outreach, which involves staff contacting patients for overdue health screenings, places further administrative strain on the system.

With the integration of Notable’s technology, Southwest General will employ AI agents to manage appointment confirmations, cancellations, or rescheduling.
The AI will also verify and collect the necessary information to streamline the check-in process, reach out to patients in their preferred language and communication method for scheduling care, and assist patients in navigating their healthcare needs for an intuitive experience.
Notable CEO Pranay Kapadia said: “At the end of the day, providing a high level of care and ease of access to healthcare are top goals of any healthcare system.
“With the unique ability of our AI platform to automate these processes, reducing friction along the patient journey, we can help Southwest General exceed those expectations while eliminating burdensome manual work for staff.”
This partnership follows a similar collaboration last month, where Imperial Valley Healthcare District in the US partnered with Notable to personalise the registration and patient intake process for its approximately 75,000 annual appointments.
