Big Sky Medical has acquired Hillcrest Medical Park, a 31,661ft² outpatient facility in Frisco in the US state of Texas, marking an expansion in healthcare market.
The acquisition strengthens the firm’s healthcare real estate portfolio and supports its strategy of expanding into markets with demographic and economic fundamentals.
Situated in Collin County, the property features established medical tenants.
Ready-for-occupation second-generation medical space is available, presenting immediate opportunities for new practices to establish themselves within a healthcare corridor.
The location is supported by ongoing demand due to the area's economic activity.
This expansion, combined with a diversified economy and medical ecosystem, is expected to establish Hillcrest Medical Park as a high-performing asset within a key healthcare market.
Big Sky Medical acquisitions director Chris Morgan stated. “Our team is excited to add Hillcrest Medical Park to the Big Sky portfolio.
“The in-fill location within one of the strongest submarkets in the country as well as the established tenant roster attracted us to the opportunity and thanks to great efforts on all sides, we were happy to get this one closed.”
Big Sky Medical managing director Harrison Horowitz stated: “We are pleased to add Hillcrest Medical Park to our growing portfolio of high-quality healthcare property. This acquisition marks our commitment to expanding Big Sky’s presence in North Texas.”
The acquisition illustrates Big Sky Medical's data-driven initiative in healthcare real estate investment.
The firm seeks to identify assets that demonstrate long-term growth, stable cash flow and potential for value enhancement across significant metropolitan statistical areas throughout the country.
Big Sky Medical’s portfolio spans 3.2 million ft² and includes specialised healthcare facilities and medical outpatient buildings across key US markets.
