Big Sky Medical has announced the acquisition of Lake Pointe Medical Plaza, a medical outpatient facility in Rockwall, Texas, US.

This off-market acquisition is a strategic move aimed at reinforcing the company's focus on the growth of the portfolio.

The facility, located on the campus of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe, includes two buildings with a total area of 46,359ft² and houses various medical professionals, encompassing Baylor Scott & White affiliates.

Rockwall County has witnessed a 6.5% population increase in the last year, with the community now exceeding 8.3 million people.

The firm's move highlights its resilience and strategic approach to addressing current credit market intricacies.
