Get Well and RhythmX AI, both of which are part of SymphonyAI Group, have merged to form GW RhythmX, combining advanced AI with healthcare expertise to enhance patient engagement, care delivery, and financial outcomes.

The new AI-native company aims to transform health systems through its Precision Care AI Platform, integrating data from more than ten sources to provide real-time clinical and operational insights.

The platform combines social, financial, payer, and clinical data with EHRs and clinical guidelines to deliver over 300,000 personalised treatment recommendations validated with more than 25,000 clinical reviews to date.

It helps identify undiagnosed conditions, predict disease progression, and optimise billing and coding to improve revenue integrity and clinical quality.

Get Well’s solutions are claimed to help enhance patient experience, allowing individuals across various healthcare environments to comprehend and participate in their care journeys.

Its solutions are utilised by many US health systems and are claimed to have successfully decreased hospital readmissions by more than 65%, boosted revenue, and elevated patient satisfaction.

SymphonyAI Group chairman Dr Romesh Wadhwani said: “For a long time I've seen the power of AI to reshape industries. With RhythmX AI and Get Well together, we now have the team, technology, and scale to do the same for healthcare uniting AI with our deep knowledge of healthcare and patient needs, rapid innovation, and financial strength to help health systems thrive in the new era of patient-centric, AI-powered precision care.”

RhythmX AI founder and CEO Deepthi Bathina will become the CEO for the merged company.

Together, GW RhythmX will serve more than 150 health systems, impacting over 85 million patients including eight million US military veterans.

Bathina said: “With our companies coming together as one, we have the opportunity to forever change the way medicine is practised. By orchestrating all of healthcare’s data into one platform of actionable intelligence, we're helping clinicians focus on what matters most, giving patients a more connected experience, and enabling health systems to achieve new levels of operational and financial performance.”
