Mosaic Life Care has entered a partnership with NRC Health to improve experiences for both patients and caregivers across Mosaic’s operations.

A physician-led health system in the US, Mosaic chose NRC Health following a detailed review process that prioritised alignment with the health system’s mission and long-term goals.

Leaders were attracted to the ability of NRC Health to integrate advanced technology with a human-centred approach to experience management.

The partnership will provide Mosaic access to real-time feedback along with actionable data enabling leaders to improve care experiences at all locations by anticipating needs of patients.

The system will join other healthcare organisations collaborating with NRC Health to enhance experiences for families, caregivers, patients, and local communities.

Mosaic CEO Mike Poore said: “Our partnership with NRC Health reflects Mosaic’s unwavering commitment to putting patients first. By combining our strengths, we will create a more connected, compassionate experience for those we serve and for our caregivers.”

NRC Health CEO Trent Green said: “It’s inspiring to see an organisation so deeply committed to patients, quality, and compassionate care. Mosaic represents the kind of leadership that elevates healthcare experiences, and we’re honoured to support their journey toward even greater impact.”

Mosaic operates clinics, medical centres, and hospitals in Albany, St Joseph, and Maryville, Missouri.

It serves 270,000 people across 35 counties in north-east Kansas, north-west Missouri, south-west Iowa, and south-east Nebraska with more than 5,000 employees.

Last month, North Mississippi Health Services (NMHS) selected NRC Health as its long-term partner to manage and elevate human-centred healthcare experiences across its network in north-west Alabama and north Mississippi.
