NorthStar Anesthesia and Bayhealth Medical Center have established a partnership to improve anaesthesia services in Dover, Delaware, US.
This collaboration aims to improve provider engagement, clinical quality, and operational efficiency.
A skilled team continues to deliver anaesthesia care throughout Bayhealth's procedural and surgical departments.
NorthStar Anesthesia chief quality officer Josh Lumbley said: “At NorthStar, our mission has always been to partner with health systems that share our commitment to clinical quality, collaboration, and operational excellence.
“Bayhealth's focus on patient-centred care aligns perfectly with our values, and we're proud to bring our proven care-team model to support their mission of serving Delaware communities.”

“This partnership is already making an impact — we've seen strong recruitment results, a smooth transition for our clinical teams, and a shared commitment to improving the patient experience from day one.”
The collaboration utilises NorthStar's clinician-led framework and results-oriented strategy to assist Bayhealth in enhancing provider satisfaction, strengthening operating room efficiency and supporting clinical quality.
Together, NorthStar and Bayhealth aim to improve patient access and continuity of anaesthesia services in central Delaware.
