Healthcare management solution Laudio has announced partnerships with Northwell Health and Nebraska Medicine, expanding its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered platform to more than 15,000 frontline employees across clinical and operational functions in the US.

The AI solution is expected to act as a co-pilot for frontline leaders, delivering actionable insights to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve retention, labour productivity, service quality, and safety.

Laudio CEO and co-founder Russ Richmond said: “Labour productivity and reducing costs are ongoing issues within health systems today.

“There is a clear need for health systems to reimagine the future of work and embrace new technologies that bolster their workforce.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Northwell Health and Nebraska Medicine, who are now using Laudio to automate administrative work and allow managers and leaders to focus on what’s truly important.”

Northwell Health and Nebraska Medicine will implement Laudio to optimise workforce management, engagement, and retention.

Northwell Health regional executive director Stephen Bello said: “One key learning for us from the pandemic was the validation of how important workforce planning is to our current and long-term success.

“Since late 2020, we have been focusing on developing a multi-faceted strategy to support our team members and we see Laudio’s platform as a key driver in our efforts in supporting them and in turn the patients they care for.”

Laudio recently raised $13m in a Series B funding round and aims to support more than 17 health systems and 250,000 employees across key operating pillars in healthcare.
