US-based company Press Ganey has formed a partnership with Prisma Health to introduce the Press Ganey Clinical Operating System (cOS), aiming to transform healthcare operations through a technology-enabled approach.

The cOS, powered by Press Ganey's Human Experience platform, streamlines communication and workflows, simplifying daily operations to support patient care and reduce workforce burden.

Press Ganey chairman and CEO Patrick Ryan stated: “The Press Ganey Clinical Operating System connects the human and operational sides of healthcare. The cOS integrates daily activities such as centralised dashboards, tiered huddles and leader rounding, into one system, enabling large health organisations to coordinate fragmented processes with a consistent operational rhythm.
