Healthcare technology provider ReadySet Surgical has completed an agreement with Vizient for the supply chain platform.
This partnership marks a considerable expansion for ReadySet Surgical, broadening its reach and accessibility to healthcare institutions throughout the US.
The agreement gives the company increased access to Vizient’s client base, which comprises community hospitals, academic medical centres, integrated health delivery networks, paediatric facilities and non-acute healthcare providers.
It is expected to enable Vizient clients to achieve increased savings and combat inflationary pressures within the surgical supply chain.
ReadySet Surgical’s platform offers a suite of solutions that connect the healthcare ecosystem, aiming to optimise surgical processes, minimise costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Key features of the platform include digital case scheduling, which automates surgical scheduling and coordination; real-time communication for enhanced collaboration between surgical teams and vendors; and impact-driven analytics, which helps healthcare facilities identify areas for improvement.
The platform's inventory management system is also designed to optimise inventory levels along with workflows, while bill-only automation aims to streamline billing activities.
The caregiver engagement feature of the platform eliminates manual processes that can lead to caregiver burnout and improved patient outcomes.
Integration capabilities ensure the platform can easily be incorporated into existing hospital systems with minimal disruption.
