Partnership with PixelActive around terrain generation tool

PixelActive is the developer of CityScape, a rapid urban modeling tool for the virtual world, simulation, urban planning and GIS industries. CityScape supports creation of highly detailed fictional terrain, or generation of geo-referenced terrain from GIS-based source material. The companies are announcing a partnership – Forterra are now reselling the CityScape tool and CityScape generated terrain can be imported into OLIVE. Come by our booth at I/ITSEC to see demos of the tool and the terrain created through CityScape in OLIVE.

‘Up-and-Coming’ award at I/ITSEC

Forterra will be presented with a yellow ribbon in the Up-and-Coming Vendor category in Military Training Technology magazine’s 2009 Top Simulation and Training Companies awards ceremony that will take place at I/ITSEC.
