Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Healthcare Practitioners and Technical Occupations, which accounted for 36% of the total new job postings in Q3 2023 and were down by 34% year-on-year. Second highest were Office and Administrative Support Occupations, which accounted for 6% and drop by 49% year-on-year, and third highest were Management Occupations, which were 14% of the new job postings and 44% lower year-on-year.

Top five companies in healthcare industry accounted for 93% of hiring activity

The highest number of jobs were posted by Ministry of Health, New South Wales, Australia with 6,291, followed by Your World Healthcare with 740, while the highest increase was at Healthcare Australia at 7%.
