The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 72.83% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Switzerland healthcare industry during June 2021 over May 2021.
DXC Technology posted 2,763 IT jobs in June 2021 and registered a rise of 73.23% over the previous month, followed by International Business Machines with 63 jobs and a 96.88% growth. Zurich Insurance Group with 22 IT jobs and Accenture with 11 jobs, recorded a 4.76% growth and a 120% increase, respectively, while Arch Capital Group recorded a 42.86% an increase with 10 job postings during June 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 77.01%, up by 64.07% from May 2021. Mid Level positions with a 16.15% share, a growth of 84.38% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 6.81% share, up 231.67% over May 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.03%, recording a month-on-month an flat growth.
