The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 4.54% in July 2021 when compared with June 2021.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops UnitedHealth Group IT hiring in July 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by UnitedHealth Group, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 65.58% in July 2021, and a 7.55% drop over June 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 13.38% in July 2021, and registered a 12.9% increase. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 10.9% in July 2021, a 29.63% drop from June 2021.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s healthcare industry IT hiring activity with a 56.79% share in July 2021, a 19.51% decline over June 2021. India featured next with a 35.18% share, down 2.13% over the previous month.Ireland recorded a 5.16% share, an increase of 125% compared with June 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead UnitedHealth Group IT hiring activity in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.89%, down by 12.99% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with a 29.25% share, a decline of 2.55% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 11.09% share, down 18.31% over June 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.76%, recording a month-on-month decline of 50%.
