Database and Network Administrators and Architects Occupations emerged as the leading IT occupation in Asia-Pacific with a share of 45.16% in October 2021, a 1300% rise over the previous month. Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers came in next, claiming a share of 41.94% in October 2021, marking an 18.18% month-on-month increase. In the third place was Miscellaneous Computer Occupations with a share of 12.9% in October 2021, a 33.33% drop from September 2021.

HCA Healthcare posted 15 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered an increase of 150% over the previous month, followed by Vitera Healthcare Solutions with 5 jobs and a 400% growth. CitiusTech with 5 IT jobs and Narayana Hrudayalaya with 2 jobs, recorded a 54.55% drop and a 100% rise, respectively, while Ramsay Health Care recorded a 33.33% decline with 2 job postings during October 2021.
Country-wise composition of IT hiring in Asia-Pacific’s healthcare industry
Indonesia commanded a leading presence in the region’s healthcare industry IT hiring activity with a 45.16% share in October 2021, a 1300% increase over September 2021. India featured next with a 45.16% share, down 6.67% over the previous month. Australia recorded a 9.68% share, a drop of 50% compared with September 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 61.29%, up by 72.73% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 22.58% share, registered a growth of 16.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 16.13% share, flat growth over September 2021.
