France-based company Danone’s IT hiring rose 6.0% in April 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.

The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 4.16% in April 2022 when compared with March 2022.

IT jobs claimed a 3.74% share in the company’s total hiring activity in April 2022, and recorded a 0.07% growth over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Danone IT hiring in April 2022

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Danone, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 65% in April 2022, and a 62.5% rise over March 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 20% in April 2022, and registered growth of 300%. Computer Support Specialists held a share of 10% in April 2022, a flat growth from March 2022.

Europe drives IT hiring at Danone

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global just food IT hiring activity in April 2022 with an 85% share, which marked a 142.86% rise over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 10%, registering a 50% month-on-month decline. South & Central America was the third leading region with a 5% share and a flat growth over March 2022.

France commanded a leading presence in the region’s just food industry IT hiring activity with a 30% share in April 2022, a 50% growth over March 2022. Poland featured next with a 15% share, up 50% over the previous month. Malaysia recorded a 10% share, an increase of 100% compared with March 2022.

Junior Level jobs lead Danone IT hiring activity in April 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 60%, up by 33.33% from March 2022. Mid Level positions with a 20% share, a decline of 20% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 20% share, up 300% over March 2022.
