The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, accounted for a combined average growth of 376.47% in the overall IT recruitment activity of Europe’s healthcare industry during September 2022 over previous month.

Your World Healthcare posted 52 IT jobs in September 2022 and registered a flat growth over the previous month, followed by CompuGroup Medical SEKGaA with 10 jobs and a 66.67% growth. Spire Healthcare Group with 7 IT jobs and West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust with 7 jobs, recorded a 133.33% rise and a flat growth, respectively, while Korian recorded a 400% increase with 5 job postings during September 2022.

Country-wise composition of IT hiring in Europe’s healthcare industry

The UK commanded a leading presence in the region’s healthcare industry IT hiring activity with a 65.25% share in September 2022, a 220.83% increase over August 2022. France featured next with a 9.32% share, up 450% over the previous month. Switzerland recorded an 8.47% share, a growth of 900% compared with August 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 79.66%, up by 213.33% from August 2022. Entry Level positions with a 13.56% share, registered a growth of 1500% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 6.78% share, down 33.33% over August 2022.
