The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 9.18% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.
Out of the healthcare industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 8.82% share in October 2021, recording a decrease of 6.49% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in India’s healthcare industry’s IT recruitment activity in October 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of India’s healthcare industry in October 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 57.14% in October 2021, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 28.57% share, a decrease of 20% over the previous month.
3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 14.29%, registering a flat growth from September 2021.
Top five healthcare companies in India’s IT recruitment activity in October 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 7.69% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of India’s healthcare industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
Vitera Healthcare Solutions posted 5 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a rise of 400% over the previous month, followed by CitiusTech with 5 jobs and a 54.55% drop. Narayana Hrudayalaya with 2 IT jobs and Aidoc with 1 jobs, recorded a 100% flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Niramai Health Analytix recorded a flat growth with 1 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 64.29%, up by 12.5% from September 2021. Entry Level positions with a 21.43% share, registered an increase of 50% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 14.29% share, down 60% over September 2021.
