Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the UK’s healthcare industry in August 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 43.48% in August 2022, registering a 16.67% decline over the previous month.
2) Computer and Information Analysts claimed a 34.78% share, a decrease of 11.11% over the previous month.
3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 21.74%, registering a 16.67% decline from July 2022.
Top five healthcare companies in the UK’s IT recruitment activity in August 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 122.22% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the UK’s healthcare industry during August 2022 over July 2022.
West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust posted 7 IT jobs in August 2022 and registered a rise of 600% over the previous month, followed by Medical Research Council with 4 jobs and a flat growth. Huma Therapeutics with 4 IT jobs and Pharmacy2U with 3 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 62.5% decrease, respectively, while Independence Homes recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during August 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 73.91%, down by 22.73% from July 2022. Mid Level positions with a 26.09% share, registered a decline of 40% compared with the previous month.
