The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 15.58% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s healthcare industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Intermountain Healthcare posted 269 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a rise of 55.49% over the previous month, followed by CVS Health with 125 jobs and a 17.22% drop. Laboratoryof America Holdings with 57 IT jobs and Mayo Clinic with 33 jobs, recorded a 9.52% decline and a 43.48% growth, respectively, while McKesson recorded a decline of 15.15% with 28 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 53.27%, down by 45.28% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 28.65% share, registered a decline of 0.79% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 18.01% share, down 30.9% over October 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.08%, recording a month-on-month decline of 66.67%.
