The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 40.19% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s healthcare industry during May 2022 over April 2022.
CVS Health posted 124 IT jobs in May 2022 and registered a rise of 11.71% over the previous month, followed by Apria Healthcare Group with 90 jobs and an 18.18% drop. Teladoc Health with 48 IT jobs and Intermountain Healthcare with 30 jobs, recorded a 242.86% growth and an 89.62% decrease, respectively, while AmeriHealth Caritas recorded an increase of 154.55% with 28 job postings during May 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in May 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 60.82%, down by 5.3% from April 2022. Mid Level positions with a 21.9% share, registered a decline of 46.25% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 17.19% share, down 3.43% over April 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.09%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
