The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 20.89% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s healthcare industry during March 2022 over February 2022.
Intermountain Healthcare posted 460 IT jobs in March 2022 and registered a drop of 1.29% over the previous month, followed by Apria Healthcare Group with 439 jobs and a 141.21% growth. CVS Health with 196 IT jobs and Oak Street Health with 147 jobs, recorded a 4.39% decline and a 0.68% decrease, respectively.
Junior Level job postings dominate in March 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 54.19%, up by 3.54% from February 2022. Mid Level positions with a 28.02% share, registered an increase of 15.52% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 17.41% share, up 21.71% over February 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.38%, recording a month-on-month increase of 100%.
