The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 2.5% in February 2022 when compared with January 2022.

Out of the just drinks industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 2.42% share in February 2022, recording an increase of 0.48% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 98.79% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s just drinks industry in February 2022.

1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 53.33% in February 2022, registering a 4.76% growth over the previous month.

2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed an 18.79% share, a decrease of 3.13% over the previous month.

3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 10.3%, registering a flat growth from January 2022.

4) Computer Support Specialists captured a share of 8.48%, up 250% over the previous month.

Top five just drinks companies in the US’s IT recruitment activity in February 2022

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 34.58% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s just drinks industry during February 2022 over January 2022.

PepsiCo posted 64 IT jobs in February 2022 and registered a rise of 120.69% over the previous month, followed by Carlsberg with 40 jobs and a 14.29% growth. Coca-Cola Consolidated with 27 IT jobs and The Coca-Cola with 8 jobs, recorded an 18.18% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while Campbell Soup recorded an increase of 150% with 5 job postings during February 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in February 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 64.24%, up by 0.95% from January 2022. Mid Level positions with a 23.03% share, registered an increase of 58.33% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 12.12% share, up 11.11% over January 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.61%, recording a month-on-month decline of 80%.
