India-based live CME and doctor-generated content platform CLIRNET has introduced the country’s first AI-powered assistant for doctors, called AiDA, reported Times Now.

AiDA is an OpenAI platform that leverages advanced machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques to aid doctors in making quick and accurate diagnoses.

It helps to eliminate the scope for human error and ensures patients get the best care even if they are in remote regions of the country.

Expected to transform the way doctors practice medicine across the country, the platform will initially address the issue of Differential Diagnosis (DDx) based on natural language queries.

Leveraging rave reviews from physicians, the DDx will suggest to doctors a list of potential medical conditions having the same symptoms and assist them in making an accurate diagnosis.

CLIRNET co-founder Saurav Kasera was quoted by the media outlet as saying: “CLIRNET is committed to improving healthcare outcomes by leveraging the power of technology. With AiDA, we are taking a big step towards achieving our goal.

“AiDA is designed to make life easier for doctors by providing them with the support they need to make accurate and informed decisions. The benefits will be reaped by doctors across India, including those practising in the remotest areas. We are confident that AIDA will be a game-changer in the healthcare industry.

AiDA is expected to empower doctors with the tools they require to offer better patient care, cut downtime for diagnosis and enhance treatment outcomes.

“We are excited to launch AIDA within such a short time and look forward to seeing it make a positive impact on healthcare outcomes,” added Kasera.
