Speech Therapy EMR software-as-a-service (SaaS) application Ambiki has introduced Tenalog, a new self-writing note system aimed at transforming the way speech-language pathologists (SLPs) document their therapy sessions.
The Tenalog feature allows SLPs to focus entirely on their patients, rather than on administrative tasks.

It automatically generates notes by recording therapy sessions using Ambiki’s HIPAA-compliant recorder.
It produces a transcript with timestamps and speaker labels, offers error analysis for patient utterances, and creates subjective, objective assessment and plan (SOAP) visit notes.
Tenalog also provides progress tracking, articulation charts, and additional features such as MVP Reels for showcasing patient progress.
It starts at $1 per session and helps enhance SLPs’ efficiency and patient care.
